Protecting your privacy is very important to Weinakademie Österreich GmbH, Hauptstraße 31, 7071 Rust (hereinafter: "WAÖ", "we", "us"). This also applies to your visit to the WAÖ website www.weinakademie.at (hereinafter: "website"). We process your personal data exclusively within the frame work of the legal regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR”), the Austrian Law on Data Protection ("DSG"), and the Telecommunication Law ("TKG"). We would like to keep the processes involved in processing data transparent and we want to inform you on what we are doing in order to protect your data and which data is collected at all.

Please bear in mind that transmitting data over the internet always involves gaps in terms their protection. There is no way to protect your data completely from strangers.

Data protection & storage of personal data

Our website can generally be used without having to provide personal information. If personal data such as your name, adress or e-mail adress ist collected on our webpages, you provide this information voluntarily, unless specified otherwise. When you send us enquiries using our contact form, the data provided in the form is stored by us for the purpose of processing your request and answering any subsequent questions. If you send us personal information by e-mail - outside this website - we cannot guarantee secure transmission and protection of your data. We recommend that you never send confidential data by e-mail.

We save your personal data as part of your registration for the newsletter a maximum of three years after your last contact with us, unless you revoke your consent earlier. If you are a participant in our seminar and training programs, we store your data for the duration of your contractual relationship and then for seven years due to the corporate and tax records or the information required for the issue of the certificate for 30 years.

advertising information about our offered seminars, goods and services as well as,
